I appreciated the multiple charging stations and ample pillows. the noise levels from the street were disruptive, particularly at night. The elevator’s inconsistent performance was frustrating. While the cleaning was generally good, I noticed some areas needed attention. The bathrooms were equipped with useful amenities. Breakfast was a highlight, with a good selection of items like waffles and eggs. there were positives in comfort, but also areas requiring improvement.

The staff was friendly and attentive, really made us feel welcome. The parking was tight, especially for bigger vehicles. Beach is just a short walk away, which was great. Rooms were updated and clean, but floors needed better mopping. Overall, we had a decent stay.

The first thing that caught my attention was the cleanliness of the room. The sheets and towels were fresh, and the room had a pleasant smell. I also appreciated the microwave and mini fridge, which came in handy during my stay. On the downside, the futon in the room was quite uncomfortable, and the lack of proper lighting made it a bit difficult to navigate around the room. The staff's response to our request for a room change was a bit abrupt and not very accommodating. Despite those drawbacks, the location of the hotel was convenient, being close to the beach with a rooftop pool to enjoy. The availability of a 7-11 across the street was also a plus. the presence of bed bugs and roaches in the room was a major letdown. It was disheartening to experience such unclean conditions, and the noise disturbance from neighboring guests made the stay unpleasant. the experience at Red Roof Plus was a mix of highs and lows. While some aspects like the rooftop pool and friendly staff stood out positively, the cleanliness and comfort of the room left much to be desired. It's a place with potential if they address the hygiene issues and improve the comfort of the accommodations.

I loved chillin’ on the balcony with water views on both sides. The room was clean and comfy, plus, free coffee and juice in the lobby 24/7 is a win! Had a little hiccup with the bathroom size, but it didn’t ruin the vibe at all.

During my stay, I loved how easy it was to enjoy the beach, with just a short walk of about 5 minutes to the vibrant Virginia Beach Oceanfront, where I could stroll along the scenic boardwalk and dive into local cafes like the Shore Store Cafe and Beach Coffee which are just a few steps away; I also appreciated the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel, providing clean rooms and a friendly staff, but there is potential for improvement with some amenities and minor maintenance issues.

The location is excellent—only a two-minute walk to the beach, surrounded by shops and bars. The recent updates are noticeable. Staff is friendly, and the breakfast area was clean with hot food available, thanks to the dedicated employee. My room faced the street, and I struggled to sleep amidst the chaos. The cleanliness left much to be desired—food stains on the table, hair in the shower, and the lingering smell of marijuana. Parking was challenging, and the front desk closed early. This place is a party hotel, not suitable for families or those seeking a quiet retreat. Would I return? Only for a quick stay.

I was really disappointed with the parking situation. We had two adults but were only given one parking pass. I had to pay $20 a day to park two blocks away while the hotel had empty spots. It felt so unprofessional!

Had a blast with friends hitting up a concert at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater and ziplining nearby. Rooms were clean, and staff was super chill, even hooked us up with a snack care package! Smart TVs in the rooms were a vibe for movie nights!
Would've been lit if there was a cool rooftop bar or hangout spot for late-night fun.

Check-in was smooth, thanks to a warm staff member who even provided snacks for the kids. not all rooms seem well maintained. Avoid the ones with bugs or odors. A mixed bag of experiences; some aspects shine while others need significant improvement. Would consider returning, but with caution.

We enjoyed an unforgettable concert at the nearby Verizon Amphitheater, with lively music and a fantastic atmosphere. The Red Wing Lake Golf Course offered a fun family activity, and ziplining nearby brought thrill and excitement to our vacation.
My wife says that adding a playground for kids would enhance the family experience.

We stayed at Red Roof Plus for 5 days and really loved it. Our room was spacious, with a separate area for the kids and a full kitchen. the pool was enjoyable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the property is newly renovated and clean, and the beds were comfortable. Conveniently, there are stores and restaurants within walking distance, including a 7-11, ice cream shop, pizza place, and Chinese restaurant. for the price and location, it was a great bargain vacation with lots of space and a pool.
Nothing to complain about at all. 🌟
